  I love this place. I wish there was another location, this one is out of my way but I stop here for a Farmhouse or a brisket bagel every time I’m headed out of town to start my road trip off right

  I ordered via the app. I waited in line in the drive thru over 40 minutes. I am sure of this because I was on the phone the entire time. The food was sub par, room temperature and thrown together and sloppy. I am not sure if it is a staffing issue or incompetence but it was a serious problem and since I had paid in advance I didn't feel I could leave (especially as the prices are expensive). Thank goodness I had the time. The only good thing I can say is they have widened the drive through so if you get in line and haven't prepaid you can now leave.

  What has happened to Einstein's in Turkey Creek??? I want to continue to be a loyal customer, but the last several times I have been the service has been very poor and several mix_ups on orders. Today, I had a very simple order and it took ten minutes in the drive thru. I could understand if they were busy either inside or the drive thru, but they were not at all. After waiting to get my order when I got home I looked at my sandwich and it was missing the avocado.

  I tried to give this place another try after a recent poor experience. However, yesterday I ordered a drive through order online at 111pm and the order said the food would be ready at 131. I arrived at 130pm and was asked what my name was. I gave my name, both first and last, and was told to pull up to the window. I pulled up and was again asked by a female what was my name. I again gave both my first and last name. I was told they didn't have my order in their computer yet. She asked me if I was sure I placed the order for their store. I showed them my order on my phone. I waited for a few minutes. The female came to the window again and asked me what my name was again and was told they still didn't have my order yet. I told them I would leave the window and drive around so the people behind me didn't have to wait. I drove around and returned to the window and a male came to the window this time. He asked me my name and I told him my first and last name and showed him my order on my phone. I told him I gave the female my first and last name 2 times and showed it to her on my phone 2 times. Then he asked me if I ordered Door Dash? I said no, why would I be at your window if I ordered Door Dash? He asks me my name again. I gave him my first and last name again and showed him my order on my phone with my first and last name again. He says, "oh, your Tom, we have your order". Then he said "we don't have the type of bagels you ordered" and would have to pick different ones. Because I ordered speciality bagels I asked if I picked regular ones works there be a price difference? I was told no. That is not true, he lied.The "regular" bagels are cheaper. But rather than keep the line behind me waiting and ask for a refund, I accepted the regular bagels and left. I was really pissed off by this time. This place is a joke. They have no clue what they are doing and he lied. I don't recommend it at all!

  Great bagels and sandwiches, food was fresh and tasty, service was outstanding, we had and enjoyable visit, will return.
