  DO NOT GO HERE 0 star service 0 star atmosphere this was a god awful experience and i would recommend evryone stay away from sonic! i ordered myself and my boyfriend milkshkes and my sister ordered herself and herbboyfriend milkshakes we used tap to pay separately. we got mine but when hers came out they told us we owed them for hers i asked thm to check the cameras so they could see it said it was paid for plus i showed them her card transaction and they started getting rude wnd disrespectful treating us like children did not give us her shakes and took her money. spoke disrespectfully to her saying things a worker should not say to a customer. the manager was the one doing this but our waitress as well wasnt quite kind. th manager foesnt evn know how to check the cameras or do her job. horrible horrible horrible and by the time they decided to bring my stuff out it was melted. which was before all this went down. god awful guys we can do better. i can not believe this went down we thought we were gonna have to call the cops to force them to check the cameras but we decided to just go back tomorrow to speak to the general manager i just cant believe fairview sonic is hiring these managers that think they can talk to people like they are children. im a whole adult snd kept my cool the whole time it did get escalated with her wnd my sister but they were the ones who made it get escalated just flat out disrespectful and i dont think we will be back. please please do better sonic. make sure your managers can check the cameras and do their jobs. instead of screaming snd cussing at customers
