The guy tried to upcharge me a large drink which I didn't ask for then, tells me the drink machine is down and offers me a lemonade and upcharged me for that too. They have the problem and makes me pay for it. I asked for the manager and he says he can't change the prices. We all know that's a lie. I used to go here at least 3 or 4 times a week but after the extremely poor customer service I got today I will be giving my money to Hardee's instead of Gray's McDonald's in Fairview Tn.
