If I ask for “light ice,” they fill the cup ½ to almost ¾ full of ice. $6 for a cup full of ice? One guy had to remake my mocha latte twice because he forgot (1.) to add chocolate (2.) and the second time he didn’t add the Expresso. Pics below show the amount of mocha latte and the ⅔ cup of ice from today, 10/17. Ridiculous. DO BETTER.
