- EWEsther WicksOct 25, 20251.0Not one of the three pizzas ordered was made correctly. Not one of the workers I spoke with apologized and offered to make things right. No responsibility or accountability by anyone, including the store manager. According to them, I should just pay and eat what THEY CHOOSE to make. This is where I did say they need to hire people who can read. (Customer Service said totally acceptable and understandable considering situation) Jamison kept pointing his finger in my face and saying "you're disrespectful." Had nothing to say when I stated they were all disrespectful to me first for not making my order as requested/typed on the receipt and refusing to take responsibility. Also, lied about me. Saying I was yelling when I didn't yell once. After the second time, I offered to yell. Response - go ahead, I will call the police IF you do. Which proves he was lying. After all the irresponsibility and lies, he told the biggest lie saying he would have worked with me if I hadn't been "disrespectful". No. You. Wouldn't. If that were true it would have been the first thing stated by anyone at this store, not the last. Dominos customer service line in Michigan said Jamison is the current store manager.

I have learned from my mistake, don't order until you're ready to go get.
