- IBIts Bethany2 days ago5.0After the experience I had earlier today at another Dunkin’, this location was a little further but a breath of fresh air. I came in honestly just hoping for a smooth visit, and that’s exactly what I got—my coffee was made fast and right the first time, no issues at all. It ended up being a well-deserved coffee after everything, and I really appreciated the difference. The staff here had great attitudes, were friendly, and actually smiled, which goes a long way. I’m definitely glad to know there’s a Dunkin’ around here that knows how to treat customers right.
- JLjoey lee2 days ago1.0Stopped to grab two coffees this afternoon. The man with glasses at the window at 11:50am today (04/28/2026) was exceptionally rude towards me and my dad. We ordered our coffee, making sure to ask for an extra shot in our coffees two individual times, just for us to pull up and he rolls his eyes, throws a tip screen in our face before we even receive our drinks, and I still tipped him 3 dollars! He takes the machine back and as he’s reading off our orders, he doesn’t mention the extra shots. I ask to make sure the extra shots are in the coffees, and he proceeds to start raising his voice yelling at us saying we never ordered them and then shoved our drinks out of the window without any sort of offer to fix them. As we were grabbing them he slammed the window in our faces. I truly hope he gets reprimanded for probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. Needless to say, I’m definitely sticking to Starbucks or Dutch bros from now on on.
