Mobile ordering ahead does nothing except make you wait longer than you would in the drive thru or inside, I consistently have 3 young age kids with me, so mobile ordering is beneficial when it works. The last two times I have gone, I have waited 40 minutes from ordering to getting food in hand and I have had to go in both times myself to get my food only to find the order not even started. The manager (specifically the woman on March 1st around 1:30) lacks empathy and just kind of ‘it is what it is’ mentality. The customer service lacks, the organization lacks, and even after waiting 40 minutes today, we got our food and it was cold. Just such a bummer for this location. I will say the younger kid who wears a beanie hat, very kind and very helpful.

Service was excellent, food was fantastic and the entire crew went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions (do not eat pork due to my religious beliefs). The General Manager, Hannah made sure none of my food came into contact with any pork products. We will be stopping by to visit on our way back home next week!
