  The lady at the speaker when I first pulled up was very rude. I placed a mobil order so not hard to find. Asked me to spell my name out to find it. Then pulled around to the window and her shirt was pulled halfway up her back with her belly and back out and was again very rude and snappy. Not a good experience. My food was burnt and my coffee wasn't even filled all the way up. Very disappointed!

  Just placed an online order for me to pull up to a paper taped to the drive thru speaker stating they are closed. Scammed me out of money!!

  Went through drive thru and there was a sign that the dining room was closed due to being understaffed. One car in front of me went quick possibly just a donut cause they were gone after I ordered one single drink. No line no wait. Got to the window there were no less than 6 employees all quite and no one was kind or smilling. Everyone looked so unhappy and it was very odd. I payed and heard a single donut order come over the drive through speaker. I received my vanilla oatmilk latte I smilled and said thank you I got a dead pan stare that was more ofma loathing stare and no response just a window shut. My coffee had no vanilla and the coffee tasted burnt. This is the 3rd consecutive time I've had bad food and or service in the TN area this specific location twice. So I will no longer be going to them ever again. Hopefully someone will fix these issues but I will never know cause I gave more than enough chance for them to do it right and I won't be wasting my money there ever again.

  This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with dunkin. Made a mobile order pulled to the drive through no response, waited 10 minutes still no response pulled to the window and waited still no response. The lady working didn’t even have a headset on at the time and didn’t have her hair net on properly. Knocked on the window still no response, even CALLED THE STORE while sitting at the window and watched the other employee that was in sweat pants and a hoodie completely IGNORE the phone. Called multiple times, waited overall about 20/25 minutes and NEVER received any service. This location needs to hire people that actually wants to do their jobs. This was very frustrating and ridiculous and makes me want to never even attempt to go back to this location…. Do better !

  Went in to order a coffee, could see that they had drive through orders backed all the way up to the street management could be seen in back simply sitting on they're phones the entire duration when they were asked for help with drive through orders they just laughed I will not be going back to this establishment in the future if this is how the management treats it's employees.
