  Ordered in the app for food, said it was going to take 8 minutes. One hour later we are still waiting for our food and have been brought the wrong order. The staff did not have any care or concern about the wait either. They clearly had no idea what they were doing and that goes back to their training. Clearly the sonic standards are not anything above other than horrible.

  Every time I go it’s an experience ! They have THE BEST FOOD I’m talking about burgers and fish the whole menu is everything the entire family can want ! Everything about the restaurant to the staff are amazing! Good Vibes All the time they really make sure everything is fresh well put together and made proper !❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ absolutely way better than any fast food around here I would say BEST IN ELIZABETHTON 200% !

  We came tonight for some food I am not impressed overall the breakfast burritos. Someone needs to train the people how to make them. I order these all the time and these are just not good. First one had more egg then anything 2nd one was mainly flour tortilla.

  Order incorrect. Everything cold. Waited 30+ minutes. Soda was very flat/melted ice. It's not the carhops fault, she was very kind and needed more help-- she can't help everyone by herself. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to this visit all day. Please take care of your employees and get more help for each other. Working one employee to death burns them out quickly and may result in them quitting.

  When I am actually able to order it’s ok. Usually have issues with the app, but this morning went to get breakfast and employees were there, but no one answered at the stall or drive thru. No way of knowing if they were having issues because no signs were up
