  I don’t know who was working this morning but, god, what horrible service. Huffing and sighing, making it clear she was irritated at SOMETHING- i don’t know what. It couldn’t be at me because I barely said anything outside of what food I wanted but at the speaker and the window I still got treated like I was the biggest hassle she’s ever faced when I barely said a word. I’m so easy going I didn’t even say anything about the service until writing this review and even that took me hours to get around to. Listen, I get hating being up this early and hating your job but it’s your job to serve me, not make it my problem. Sucks too because the long time staff is awesome but whoever this new lady was is NOT it. Just give me my burrito and let’s keep our distain for our lives to ourselves.

  I ordered 2 nacho cheesy gordita crunch tacos and both looked like this. Barely any meat and didn’t even have the special sauce on it. I paid $14 for shells and a little meat and cheese. Ridiculous!

  Won’t be back at this Taco Bell. I’d rather take the drive to Johnson city honestly. Management and team members do not care about their job nor do any of them ever show up ready to work not to mention how crappy they treat their customers. I have came plenty of times to Taco Bell mostly late night as I work nights and want something quick and close to home. Every time something is wrong whether I pull up and place an order or I do an online delivery or pick up, my food is either wrong, missing items or disgusting. Night crew sucks and whoever is management because she doesn’t step up when her team members mess up at drive through and trust me I know how hectic it gets and what it’s like to get confused or overwhelmed and even then most places I worked, we fix it. We don’t argue heck and forth because we can’t admit that we messed up we fix it and do better next time. This Taco Bell is inconsistent and probably only ever good in the early morning, those associates are nicer as well. Im just over it. Placed a late night order and went back because items were missing and they remade it and argued with me just to give the bag back with missing or wrong items I didn’t even order, AGAIN. 😂 it’s honestly hilarious

  2nd time I came here now and got something to eat, and of course I got my drink watched everyone around me get there food even came in after me still got their food first. I been standing there watching them lady behind the counter says can I help you I said yea where is my food? She says what's your name I told her Corey Ripley I spent bout 40 dollars she looks at the screen then got a manager she asked the same thing I said my food asked me what's my name I told her and then 20 mins later my food was done I won't be back

  I pulled into the drive through 10 minutes before close. Sat there for 5 minutes and was ignored. I pulled up to the window and the manager looked at me and walked away. I was ignored until they closed the store. I was hoping to get a snack before I started my 12 hour drive. That manager should be fired… embarrassing behavior and she is no leader
