I tell them their tracking on the site says it is ready but they insist it isn't. So I then proceed to stand there for 20 minutes and wait. When I go to ask again if it is ready they pick up a pizza on the rack that was literally sitting there the entire time! Then the cashier wanted to be rude and ask "did you tell anyone you had an order to pickup" like it is my fault that they lack any customer service. Then when I get home with it I open the box to find the marinara sauce I asked for was thrown in the box and had leaked all over the place including the seat of my car. Get better customer service skills! The whole time the cashier is going back and fourth with me the manager just stands there saying nothing at all. Just a terrible experience all around
