  Had an awful experience trying to get some quick food. Do not go to the Elizabethton, TN location and expect friendly service. They make your order incorrectly, you take it back to the counter and asked for it to be corrected, and they ask "are you sure you want cheese and lettuce" on a burger that's supposed to include cheese and lettuce... Weird, I wouldn't have walked all the way back in here if I didn't.

  Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru to pick it up and was given the wrong bag. I went inside to get the food that I payed for but they ask for me to bring in the already handled food. I told them my concern and how that is very unsanitary because we don’t know if they are really going to throw it away. The worker Michelle continues to say that she doesn’t care and that she would have a manager call the police while using very profound language towards me. So the police come and trespass us and we don’t get the food we have payed for. Instead we get a refund which is no help because we wanted breakfast which was already over by the time the whole ordeal is done. All I have to say is double confirm your order before you pull away from the window or they won’t give you your food at all. Extremely rude workers, completely unprofessional. Find another McDonalds to go to.

  Messed up my order pretty hard-core, nice kids, didnt seem trained. McDonald's cost real food money now, so you kind of want it to be correct. Lots of chores being done, smelt of cleaner but not clean. Kind of glad it got messed up, this way I didnt eat it. Maybe im old, but felt like a lot of devil may care youths handling my food unsupervised. Can't put it to words but... untrustworthy feels close.

  Bought a large milkshake and got this ! Was told sorry someone else made it ! And she walked away from me def ridiculous !and it took 20 mins waiting to just get 2 shakes !

  Hands down The absolute worst McDonald's in the area. I constantly have to wait 10 minutes to get my food. That's counting from the minute I pay to when I pull out. Absolutely ridiculous. There's no reason why any item on the menu should take 10 minutes to prepare!
