- BLB W (Lynn)Oct 24, 20251.0This is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to do yourself a favor and go to the one in Johnson City or Hampton. The location in town is terrible. I have been there three times this week hoping for a different outcome that by definition is my own insanity. My first trip there I set at the drive-through speaker and waited 15 minutes with cars piling up behind me while employees hung out in the back parking lot finally pulled around to the window and was told sorry I didn’t see you there. My second trip. My order was made incorrectly twice with very few people in the store and my third trip comes today when I come in to a donut and coffee shop to order glazed donuts, which should be very simple for a donut shop and was told sorry we’re out of donuts with two trays in the window and was cold. You get what you get terrible service. At this location and always seem unprepared I will definitely drive the extra 10 minutes to Johnson City from now on
