The bag had a coupon on it for 50 cents off a mini blizzard or a free cone. Turns out they try to tell you that the cone you paid for is now a free one from them when you have already paid for it. I get ice cream later after dining in at Wendy's, McDonald's etc and they've never tried to tell me it's free. If anything they may check my original receipt. They really need to change this. If you want to come back and get it another day it should be a redemption ticket, not a "free coupon." It makes absolutely no sense. Don't act like your giving me something for free that I've already paid for. Otherwise, we always love and enjoy Dairy Queen's food and service. I just don't think this young man that day understood what I was saying at all, which was kind of frustrating.
