  The manager in the polo is worth never returning! Rudest and most ungrateful manager I’ve encountered. The “waitresses” are too lazy to be called waitresses. They are more like “hangouts”. They look unkept. Ours checked on us one time in an hour and then had a screen for a tip when checking us out. What did you do exceptional? Better yet- what did you even do? The clubs were nasty and turned our hands black. The balls were also dirty! Nothing has been swept! They put us in one of the worse bays despite more than 2/3 of the place being available. We play golf! Our kids were extremely disappointed. The end bays are for people pissing away time while drinking or have little bitty kids and are not serious about the game. The setup is equivalent to what I have in my yard.. Unimpressed by this place all the way around! Did the owner not have enough money to build an actual TopGolf? We’ve been to Huntsville’s location numerous times. We’ve passed many while traveling. Once you go to the other locations, you will laugh at this place. Huntsville’s will leave you feeling like you’ve had an amazing experience and have you talking about it for days. This location will make you want to hurry through your game just to get your money’s worth and go.. Definitely missing the excitement! Add on the overwhelming smell of asphalt that will leave you with a headache! No warnings or alerts that there is active construction next door prior to entering. Maybe they will bull doze this over and start again…. Had a much more enjoyable time at Bass Pro Shop next door!

  This is nowhere as nice as Top Golf in Huntsville, AL. This place was dirty. The golfing was like golfing in your backyard. The Top Golf in Huntsville, AL is luxury compared to this place not only is it clean, it has way better food and makes your golfing experience more enjoyable. It is also way bigger. It has a way better atmosphere and workers are more welcoming than this place.

  I took my kid here for his birthday. You can have 6 players in a bay. The server brought my kiddo a birthday dessert(donuts) with a sparkler. I didn't even ask, she just did it. He really felt special. The kids got to pick golf games to play and compete with. Thank you, it was a great birthday!

  Would rather drive to Nashville or Huntsville for the real top golf experience. This one is 1 story which they started doing I heard because of population size I also heard that the city didn't want another bar over there which I think is ridiculous, it's nothing like the real Topgolf. Wouldn't recommend this one if you're looking for the top golf experience. Service was great at the bar and food is pretty good as well. I did like that they offered other things like mini golf as well but wouldn't go back here. Seriously take the drive to go to Nashville or Huntsville or anywhere else that's close by and go to the real Topgolf. Not worth paying the same price price as regular 3 story top golf.

  Our server was excellent. She was working with an injured arm and still managed to take care of everything with one arm. The service was attentive and impressive. What I didn’t appreciate was the surprise registration process. We reserved a bay for six people for two hours, which cost about $90. When you get to the bay, everyone naturally wants their name on the screen when it’s their turn to hit. What you aren’t clearly told beforehand is that each person has to register as a user and pay an additional $6 for that to happen. For our group, that meant another $24. Each person had to enter their first and last name, email address, birth date, and phone number, and then still pay the $6 fee. So we had to hand over a full set of personal information and pay for the privilege of doing it. The process took about 20–25 minutes to get six people registered, which came directly out of the two hours we had already paid for. In reality, we only got about an hour and a half of actual play time. What makes this even more frustrating is that we visited yesterday and I’ve already received three marketing emails and a text message from Topgolf. I’m sure the rest of my family who had to provide their information are getting the same thing. It feels tacky to charge customers $6, require their personal information, and then immediately start using it for marketing. We did have a great time once we finally got started, and the service was excellent. But the extra fee, the amount of personal information required, and the time it took to get everyone registered felt like a gotcha moment that should be clearly explained when you make the reservation, not after you arrive and your paid time has already started.
