  I ordered what should have been a very simple pizza. Extra pepperoni with light sauce. Easy. Instead I got a pizza with normal pepperoni and a ton of sauce to the point it’s practically dripping off it. Naturally, I called to get a replacement and fix this. But for some stupid reason, all calls to Pizza Hut go to some call center that only takes orders and couldn’t do a thing to help me. They supposedly transferred me to the line for this local location (why I can just call the direct line for this location immediately I don’t know). But after they supposedly transferred me, no one ever answered. I was waiting on hold for nearly twenty minutes. This is not the first time my order was messed up at this location, but it will be the last after that horrible service experience trying to call and fix it.

  Ordered delivery frome here on 4/7/26 the pizza I ordered had almost raw mushrooms on it like they pulled it our of the oven halfway and added them didn't get the sauce for my breadsticks either tried to call the store to lodge a formal complaint but of course they wouldn't answer the phone and they forgot to send the dasher with my two liter soda which to be fair he did go back and get but that took 30 minutes so yeah 36 bucks down the drain will not be a customer of pizza hut ever again because everyone out pizzas the hut in 2026 save yourself time and money and eat somewhere else

  Incredibly disappointed and pissed off with my order from tonight (4/5). The stuffed crust pizza we paid about $30 for was not only burnt and lacking cheese in large parts of the crust but when I called and asked to speak to someone and see if possibly their ovens were having issues I was told I needed to be transfered to the store and put on hold for a little over 10 minutes before I gave up as I was not actually being transferred but lied to because they didn't want to deal with their mistake! Completely unacceptable.

  We just ordered a stuffed crust 3 topping pizza from this location. It was burned to a crisp and difficult to chew. The crust was pretty much charcoal, and the cheese melted out of the crust and became charcoal on the outside. Paying $30 for a charcoal disk is crazy!

  My husband and my family and I had ordered from this location last night and got three pizzas, The marinara at pasta and breadsticks and everything was dry and burnt, and on top of that there was not a cover on our marinara pasta and they always have a cover over it. I’m very disappointed in the service and I had called a few times and my husband has called them a few times to speak to a manager and can never get no one on the phone. we’ve always loved Pizza Hut in ordered out from them many times, but we are dissatisfied with the service that we have received and we will no longer order from this place Pizza Hut do better and I also forgot to add one more thing we was told that someone said don’t worry about doing the delivery when we clearly wanted our food delivered, and it almost took forever for our food to get to our home considering that we also have children that needed to be fed and we’ve had so much going on with moving and everything but like I said, we will no longer order from this location also, my children wasn’t too fond of the food because for the poor service and my two year-old normally loves to eat, but he looked at the breadstick funny and will not eat it at all, and my mother-in-law could not hardly eat it because it was hard and burnt
