  Very rude , was goofing off with friends in the window , would t answer drive thru for at least 5 minutes. I will not be back

  Got here when the app Said food was ready... and ready for pick up ...waited for 30 minutes for fast food that said was ready for Pick-up 20 minutes before Arriving mcdonalds Works Was rude to me after I asked why the app said the food was ready 20 mins ago was asking because I was genuinely trying to find out why the app would tell me its ready if its not... the response I received was its Because we dont tell it when the food is ready for pick-up ... im not sure why it would tell me that unless initiated somehow from McDonald's end but if that is actually True that the app is Broken why has it not been reported sooner or why is in not fixed? And also every other resturant actually hits a screen somewhere on there end that let's a Customer know if its cooking or Ready for pickup or not ready.. I dont understand why one of the biggest Fast food Chains in America would not have the same Implememted.. but it needs to be Fixed Regardless of the Rude workers Working at this Location ... also when a customer walks in to pick up an order it would be nice to be acknowledged that your even there instead of looked at in Disgust and Completely and Blantently Ignored ! I Highly do not recommend ever going to this location you will Be Dissappinted ! Avoid like a Plague !

  We ordered at 2:40 pm. There were very few people in the restaurant. We ordered a cheeseburger, 4 piece nugget, and a Big Mac. We did not receive our order until 2:54

  At about 11:20 I ordered a Big Mac 2 strawberry pies one Lg Carmel frappe 5 ordered got placed & served before I got my order I had to go back up to front counter twice before I got my order 55 minutes later No receipt a friend ordered 10 minutes after I did they got their food so I went up to the counter and ask about my order the young man stated they was fixing it now 4 other orders went out my friend was almost done eating the 20 piece basket of fries & I walked up ask is my food done yet it's been over 40 minutes & people will sit in line at the new what-a-burger a block from this location store 10157 in East Ridge TN this is not the bad experience that i've had from this location but I try to give places the the benefit of the doubt but this store is the worst store I've had seen other than the Hwy 58 location & I didn't even get the order right but I didn't have a receipt to proof that I was charged for a Lg Carmel frappe & get a small one

  I don't ever plan on going back to this McDonald's. Every single person who works here is unprofessional! I placed an order only to pick it up and be told that my order isn't there. I show my receipt and the girl just got super angry and walked away. I wasn't mad untill the worker gave me unnecessary attitude. I paid for my food and that's what I wanted. but the employee felt the need to walk away when I was trying to show her my receipt that I never got my food for. It was embarrassing for me to act like that but literally not one employee helped me. This is why McDonald's has a bad reputation!! I always thought people who work fast food should get paid more but after this experience (I've served 15 years and did drive through at Arby's for 3 years) I will NEVER go back to McDonald's for that reason. The girl never should have talked to me that way she did. And other employees should have stood up for me.
