  2nd time in a row i wS charged extra for the sauce i wanted but didnt recieve was even loudly spoken to when i went back to get them the second time and had to eventually go in to get from a different employee because she wouldnt even try to fix the problem

  I came thru here today and got 2 cantina crispy chicken tacos and neither of them where melted with the cheese on the outside I was nice and courteous when I came back through to get a remake the guy at the window didn’t seem like he knew where he was even at the person in the kitchen came to the window and just held her hand out I assumed for the taco that was to be re made even though I’m pretty sure you can’t take food back through the window (don’t quote me I could be wrong) either way she snatched it out of my hand looked at it and gave me a dirty look throw it in the trash with attitude and shut the window the guy who was in the window brought me my order of cinibuns that I order the second time through and I asked him if there was a number on the receipt I could call to give a review he said he didn’t know then I asked how long he worked there he said a year not sure how you don’t know that so I asked if there was a manager he said no you can call later when there is one I asked when later he said he didn’t know really he just shrugged his shoulders then he shut the window came back with my new remade tacos that where smashed and broken because the woman making food was mad she had to re make it I’ve came thru here many times at least twice a week for the for the past year and a half I have never been more disgusted with the food service and customer service of this place I worked in fast food for years and I would never dream of treating a customer the way I was treated here today I wouldn’t recommend going thru there around 9:30pm really need to clean house on a few of there staff think it’s time for a change over in employees and I’m not one to leave reviews but this visit was ridiculous to say the least 😡😡👎👎👎👎👎
