  They had a bad day today. They're drive through board was down. I say at the speaker more than 5 minutes then they said have you been waited in and I said no, I haven't. About 5 minutes later, they said "are you in the drive through?" Yes. What with you like? 3 child cheese coneys and mustard & onions, a medium mozzarella stick with Marianna. 3 hot dogs with a large mozzarella stick? I wouldn't even try to correct the large to a medium. Pulled up, paid and waited. Them they started hanging it out. First a bag, the cheese stix, then a box with THREE FOOT LONG chile cheese coneys. I said they weren't supposed to be for longs but you've already fixed them. I just took them and left. Got home, no marinara (I specifically asked for it)

  Ordered my food on the mobile app and it was ready soon as pulled up. It was hot and just what I ordered.

  The shorts are second time to eat at this location. The first one unfortunately was not the very best because they mixed up our order and when we went up to the window they asked us why did we go up to the window even though they had asked us to go up to the window. Then they had problems processing the gift card that we had and we were about to pay cash for it but then they got more confused. Finally after waiting for close to 20 minutes and being only the third car, another server came out and apologized, which we appreciated and gave us the two mini blasters for free. They were nice but confused. Today we returned and things were much more organized. The touch screen on our stall did not work properly which was a bit frustrating, but the food came promptly and it was good. We like Sonic but it needs a bit more organization. We will try again later. Thanks for the yummy blasters and pretzels.

  Should my hotdog really look.like this? Why do they consistently deliver messy hot dogs and take pride in food delivery? This is truly unnecessary
