As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

And we'll drive roughly 20 mins just to get it because we like it so much. Our most recent trip though, was horrible. 1 out of the 4 employees was friendly and apologetic. One of the male employees was VERY unprofessional and rude, complaining and wanting to leave. He made it VERY clear. Another one was recording me on his phone through the window of the employee door that leads to the outside of the building as I waited for them to fix our order since it was almost entirely given to us wrong. The last lady I spoke to when she finished our remake, said that she was really sorry and had said that the other lady that was there had been messing orders up all night. It was definitely not what we had expected or what we are used to. Will we be back? I'm sure we will. I will always give a place a second, and sometimes a third chance. I just hope that things change and they get better staff. Staff that takes pride in their work and has solid customer service skills, being that it's a business that deals with customer service from open to close. We'll see how it goes next time....
