  For the past 5 times I have stopped here my blizzards have been horrible. I never get any of the condiments that im supposed to get in my blizzards. I don’t understand what’s going on, but I will not be back after this last time.

  So short staffed… maybe they should start paying a livable wage so more people can work here. Either that or better general management. Our simple order took more than 15 minutes to come out. My kids were bouncing off the walls by the time our food came out. Insane for soft serve and french fries. Also they were out of chocolate ice cream which seems ridiculous

  Horrible place, dirty, slow, nasty. I will never go back! No apologies for a 47 minute wait on ice cream

  The staff was very friendly and helpful even in a very busy moment. The ice cream was tasty and the time sitting outside was perfect.

  Sadly the only thing left good about DQ is the atmosphere. The food lower quality then McDonald's it always looks and tastes like you just got a meal that was sitting in the fridge uncovered for a few hours. The staff completely unmotivated and unphased by customer concerns.
