  I visited this restaurant today & ordered a large sweet tea. Total was 3.38. So I get to window and I give her 20.00 bill & 38cents. Instead of giving me my drink and 17.00 she says I’m short because it rounds up to 3.40. I gave her the exact change . So you need to teach your employees how to manage money

  It's Arby's. You know exactly what you're getting. Ya know, they have the meats. This is one of the very best managed Arby's locations in the Chattanooga area. My food is always consistently good, my orders correct, and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I eat here regularly as my wife's metaphysical shop (Mystic Nook) is in the same general area.

  The only good thing i can say is the guy running the front was trying extremely hard. I ordered two of the new boxes (roast beef) and a half pound roast beef combo with cheese sticks. I arrived before my order was done (not a complaint) and I live less than three minutes from this location. None of the cheese sticks we hot we had to reheat them and I've ordered them tons of times they never get cold in the 3 minutes it takes to get home so they were either old or undercooked the half pound roast beef was smaller than the regular roast beef that came in the box and yes I used my meat scale to weigh them because just pulling it out of the bag it felt light. It had less than a quarter pound of meat on it. I would personally advise anyone wanting Arbys to choose a different location. This isn't the first time they have given less than half a pound of meat on the "half pound" sandwich but this is by far the worst it's ever been.
