If you order on the app, you will still wait in line because they will keep your food behind the counter and ignore you. Be sure to check your bag because they often leave things out - even though you enter the order on your phone or on their screens. Top it off that the kitchen looks filthy and even though the app may say pick up in, say, 10 minutes, don’t expect your food to be ready for at least 30 minutes. Buyer beware! FYI… the TB in Newbern seems much better or go to Chipotle down the road.
