I used to frequent this location almost daily for drinks and will instead be driving across town to our other location. Only after waiting 20 minutes, flagging down 2 carhops, AND GETTING OUT OF MY CAR AND APPROACHING THE DOOR, did I finally get the small Dr. Pepper I ordered. The girls were RUDE and one fake handed me my drink, only to pull it back and tell me “Don’t snatch”. If they get these girls without a lick of customer service sense out, I might consider going back. Never again until there is new staff.
