  Last night my husband and I went to Arby's through the drive-thru. Arby's is one of the more expensive places to eat in Dyersburg but I love the Hawaiian fish sandwich. Since the fish sandwich was not available anymore, we ordered a pulled pork meal and a BBQ brisket meal. All of our food was cold and the fries tasted like they had sat out all day, hard and flavorless. On top of the food being terrible, a sauce packet was included which we were supposed to put on the sandwiches ourselves. I have to help you prepare my food? McDonald's, Burger King, Subway, doesn't require you to put on your own sauce. Why do you? I am very disappointed with my experience last night. We threw the fries in the trash. Sad.

  I'm having issues with the food. The issues is that the last three times I ordered the French dip sandwich with Kringle fries the order doesn't have the style of fries I ordered. I received those nasty overcooked curly fries.I was there tonight 3/28/26 at appropriate 8:15 pm ordered 2 French dips with Kringles fries when I got where I was going opened the bag guess what nasty curly fries on both orders. When they take my order if Kringle fries aren't available tell me instead just give me the nasty curly fries.On all three occasions I threw them away because they all awful .This is a waste of money .I have never liked them Curly fries. I'm considering never ordering anything from Arbys ever again.Thanks
