We asked for extra picante and didn't get it...ketchup packets didn't get it...We ordered on the app so even though you guys can't follow verbal instructions..you cannot follow printed instructions either.. it comes down to you guys could care less about your customer. Delivery to the car is often pleasant and that is the best we can say for the Dresden location.
