  Food is ok, but prices are different than any other McDonald's

  I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and 2 double cheeseburgers. They were supposed to be buy one get one for a dollar. I was told the full price until I asked if they were still on sale. The fish was ok but the burgers had been cooked a long time and were dried out and not fit to eat. Their prices are higher than at other locations too.

  I have had so many issues within this location. To start off with, the manager is so rude and disrespectful. I have witnessed the managers husband working on the fryers taking off his hat and scratching his head over the food and act like it’s normal. Some of the staff have very poor hygiene. It is so bad that I had to move away to the far end of the building. The lady who brought us our food had asked why we moved and we proceeded to explain that the smell of the employee was horrible. She agreed and said she has had a lot of complaints but the employee is still working there. I’m assuming that is why they remodeled and blocked off the kitchen from being seen. For the icing on the cake, no need to have the mobile app. You order ahead and when you arrive it takes over 10min to get your food no matter if you go inside, drive-thru and even doing the curbside. This location needs a whole new staff and training.

  My kids waited for the grand opening, disappointment. My son is a huge McDonald's geek. He loves the history of McDonald's and does his research. So when they started building this he was so excited. We go to order and everyone was so rude . Get our food, tables were dirty. Food was cold. My son said, guess this one won't last.
