I was in the drive thru for over an hour. Only one other car was there. It kept backing up, never got to order. My best guess it was a domestic problem between the driver of that car and the person working drive thru. Lord what drama. Like the show Cheaters. But in real life.

I placed my order on Uber eats last night at 945 pm. Because it showed that sonic was open. Even google showed they are open. The first driver got there at 10 pm. I watched as he sat there to 1025 pm. Then uber sends me alert that they gave it to a new driver. He got there at 1040 pm. And stayed till 11 pm. And update from Uber saying they cancel my order due to sonic. Hey sonic if your closed you should change your hrs. If your becoming like some of the other fast food places where you hire people who don't want to work, fire those people. And find people who will do their job. I like sonic cause it is known for late nights. And for an otr truck driver it's a go to on Uber eats for that after parking. But this one is very disappointing
Waited over 15 minutes for 2 simple drinks (with light ice) for an online order, and when they finally came out, they were wrong. Pressed the button multiple times and it took forever just to get a response. After explaining the issue, they brought out only ONE small drink instead of fixing anything.
We were told it would be corrected, waited another 15–20 minutes, and had to flag down a carhop ourselves, only to be told they forgot about us.. Once we actually got the drinks we originally ordered, they were filled all the way to the top with extra ice.
Tried to give them another chance the next day, and somehow it was still bad. Ordered two Route 44s with light ice and they were filled ALL the way to the top with extra ice even though the receipt says light ice, again.
This experience honestly ruined Sonic for me. Poor service, long waits, and no attention to basic order details. Do NOT come to this specific location! 😭
(3/20/26 - 6pm) Had our order taken (WITH NO WORD OF ANYTHING BEING WRONG WITH THEIR SYSTEM). The screen was still on our order, waiting with it like that for about 10 mins until we pressed the button to let them know. We were told that card reader was being weird and to wait for the screen to load so we can pay, or the person bringing our food will handle it. Waited another 10-15 mins and the lady comes out with food to our vehicle. Reads out the order and it’s not ours, she asks what our order is and acts like she has no idea what we’re talking about. Then she asks if we’re paying cash or card, we say card and she says they can only do cash. So we waiting 25- 30 mins after our order was TAKEN to then be told we can’t even pay for our food. Then she just dismisses us. Don’t bother eating at this sonic, not only are the staff terrible at communicating basic information but the place is falling apart. What a waste of time.
