  Impossible to get what you order. I have tried twice to get a regular burger without cheese, Mayo, or ketchup. I prefer mustard, but evidently if you go off the standard menu selection,they give you whatever they think you should have. Today I got a burger on toast (I never mentioned and didn’t want toast). My receipt said Add Mayo, which I knew was going to be wrong, but in reality there was no Mayo, but enough ketchup to drown a rat. No mustard in sight. Every time I have attempted to get a regular burger, no cheese, no Mayo, no ketchup, add mustard, I get whatever combination they decide. I give up. Also, this place is run down, pieces of the ordering stations broken or missing, screen not adding tips so delivery person thinks I have not tipped. Even though it’s close to my house, I have avoided it for years. My recent attempts to see if things have improved have only reminded me of why I have avoided this place. If you don’t really care what you get and prefer the workers to decide what you should have, it’s a great place for you. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

  Ordered a sprite with cream and LOTS of cherries. Not a single cherry in it. Not the first time this has happened either.

  Finally breakfast all day!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my SuperSonic Breakfast Burrito combo with the tots and drink. I wish I weren’t overcharged for it. If I’m wrong, I do apologize to management, but according to the signs I went off when ordering, I think I was.🥺

  I get that glitches and things happen but to look at my bank confirming they charged my card twice and tell me I was wrong because it's "not possible" is so annoying, especially when they follow up by saying "this happens all the time." Which one is it? Had to file a formal chargeback after repeatedly explaining and showing proof of the issue and being told I was wrong. Absolutely maddening. Just say "yeah that's weird sorry about that" and go on with your day?
