- SBSusan Bradley4 days ago1.0My husbands sandwich was cold and he couldn’t find the Swiss cheese. When he took it back up to the counter, the employee who made it was combative and openly disrespectful to him, causing him to be VERY upset. Needless to say we won’t be back, but in my opinion an employee shouldn’t be defending a poorly made sandwich over a customer’s perception of the product.

I enjoy the maple bacon chicken croissant that they serve for breakfast. So I asked April if it was possible to get the honey butter (they usually put on the breakfast sandwich) on my sandwich that I ordered. She assured me that she’d make it happen. And without going into detail, she did make it happen. I don’t usually post these kinda of things, but April went above and beyond to make a customer happy. A lot of establishments are losing that kind of customer service. With that said, THANK YOU APRIL! You are awesome 🥰
