  We stopped in after a 30 min drive to this taco bell and the first thing we wad worried about when entering the building was the decor, than the tables were all nasty sticky, food everywhere, we placed our order on a kiosk and watched the man fixing the food wipe his face with the gloves he had on (I had a come apart) RAN UP TO THE COUNTER and asked him to change his gloves and he was surprised I confronted him. We left with out our food we paid for. This places needs a face-lift and proper food handling class. YUCK is all I could say

  I like the food I get at this location, but they VERY frequently get orders wrong. If you are a picky eater and are going to request that they leave something off, like lettuce or a condiment for example, I would not recommend coming to this one.

  Spent 38 dollars and half my order was incorrect or burnt. Tomatoes tasted sour. Got three tacos asked for mild sauce..... guess what. Didn't get any. Got a chips and mini nachos supreme.... came without chips and clump and hard refried beans. A burnt crunch wrap supreme barely filled and only pretty much tortilla. Asked for mt. Dew got a Baja blast instead. This economy sucks and if I'm paying for food I want decent food. I wasn't asking for 5 star service but decent food for fast food. I'm a Taco Bell fan but this was not it. I'm so disappointed.

  Ordered a 12 pack of soft shell taco supremes and was given a 12 pack of crunchy taco "supremes" with no sour cream. The lady taking our order also asked if we'd like sauce, and we told her we'd like mild sauce, but we ended up getting no sauce at all, let alone the countless times we only got like 3 packs of sauce for 12 tacos. Would recommend the Taco Bell in Fairview over this one.

  Went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order couldn’t understand a word I was saying apparently. Figured it was my truck so I shut it off and spoke up, ended up getting half of the order completely wrong. Literally 4 times in a row I told her I wanted a supreme soft taco and each response was for a soft taco. I corrected her and it’s like she was ignoring what I said. Not only that, I’m missing 2-3 items out of the order. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to mess up an order that’s been repeated at least 3 times overall. Each individual thing had to be repeated after being said and then repeated again to correct the mistakes the lady was making, then one more time just to make sure I’m getting the point across, yet still I get a messed up order. Doesn’t make sense. I’m not sure if the speaker for the drive thru needs to be replaced or the workers but holy cow something needs to happen. I was as nice as possible, I repeated myself more than enough times, I checked the screen and made sure to walk her through it, and yet I still get the wrong order. What else can I even do? Go in and make it myself? This place is infuriating.
