  This would be zero stars if possible. An absolutely awful experience. The woman at the window told us to pull around to the drive thru stall to wait for our food. We waited 20 minutes while 4 cars behind us that ordered after us received their food and left before we even got acknowledgment for having to wait. The excuse was “sorry we got slammed”. I’m not sure how that computes given there were orders received before us and placed after ours.

  Service was fast. Typical of McDonald's food served at travel/truck stops. To much salt on the French fries.

  Ordered 2 happy meals but we already had duplicates of the Changeable toy we got. Even though they were pretty busy the staff came over and swapped it for a new one. Made my kids day - thanks!!

  I go here nearly every morning for my coffee and Andrew is usually the one making it and greeting me. He does a phenomenal job and is always super polite and kind. Great customer service from him and Alex. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  On February 20, 2026 I stopped at the location, McDonald’s 2971 State Rd. 48 Dixon, Tennessee I ordered a large coffee. It was the first thing I had eaten or drink nothing but water, Ramen noodles, and tuna sandwich the day before I felt fine that morning when I went into McDonald’s for coffee. I use my mobile app which register is on their computer screen my first and last name identifying me to the individual working at I ordered the large coffee and drink half of it. I began to feel extremely drowsy and oriented. I contacted the store to let them know that the coffee that I purchased from them was the only thing that I had eaten or drinking this morning and I only drink about a quarter of it maybe a and I was feeling lethargically tired and extremely dizzy and confused I was gonna be pulling over at a gas station to try to take a nap and recover from whatever was wrong with my With all the human trafficking going on People going missing off of these highways. Just wanted to let everyone know that this McDonald’s in particular service me this morning with a coffee that made me feel disoriented.
