Marketing convinces bosses to change menus and get rid of tried and true items for new and not so great things. Taco Bell food is overwhelmingly more flour tortillas and lettuce and a brown smudge of so called beef. Is it pre measured micro amounts? Tacos, meh Beefy Crunch Wrap, meh Girl at the drive thru window wasn't rude, just not what I would want representing, hating life attitude.
