I ordered a drink with a flavor and while drinking it, my straw hit something mushy. It was a piece of fruit which was not the flavor I nor anyone else in the vehicle ordered. That can be a major allergy issue for the customer if they happen to be allergic to a random fruit they didn't order that was put in the drink. I also saw an employee empty the garbage outside then walk back in and seemed to proceed filling orders before it appeared she could have even had the chance to wash her hands.
