Wow, might as well close this one too. They did away with the salad bar, no table service, no ice or cups for your drinks, no menus. What about people past 70 - maybe they aren't able to take a picture of the bar code for the menu.....maybe you don't want our money??
The wings were below average, had wingless with the Asian sauce - wings were OK, sauce was horrible.
Pizza was good, but super but good.
It is apparent they don't want dine in customers, okay with us.

The only item consistent on the menu is the bread sticks. They are , imo, the best. We ordered a cheese flatz and the New York style pizza. The flatz was over cooked and the crust was hard as a rock. The ny pizza was dripping with grease. Literally soggy. Not sure if the person working the oven was not feeling well or just pissed off in general, but dang the pizza sucked. Breadsticks were awesome though.

Ordered two New Yorkers and they were the worst pizzas we ever tasted. Being from New York it was a big insult to their pizza. It was way too thin, not enough cheese and pepperoni was not good either. Won’t order again for sure. Wasted our money.

My experience with Pizza Hut Dickson was an absolute disaster from start to finish, because what I received didn’t resemble a fresh, properly made pizza so much as something that had been completely neglected and then sent out anyway. The first thing I noticed was how badly overcooked it was—the cheese was scorched into a dark, crusty layer instead of being melted and gooey, with large patches burnt to the point of tasting bitter, and the pepperoni curled up, dried out, and tough like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The crust somehow managed to be both hard and stale while also feeling overbaked, cracking when you picked it up instead of having any softness or chew, and the slices were cut unevenly like whoever prepared it just rushed through without caring what it looked like. There was no balance of sauce, no freshness, and no effort in presentation; opening the box gave off that harsh burnt smell that instantly kills your appetite. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, I grabbed another slice only to find a long strand of hair literally baked into the pizza, stuck in the cheese and sauce—not something that fell on top accidentally, but embedded like it had been there the entire time it cooked. At that point the entire meal was completely ruined, because there’s no way anyone wants to continue eating after seeing something that unsanitary in their food. Instead of enjoying what should have been a simple dinner, I ended up throwing most of it away, frustrated that something so obviously overcooked, poorly assembled, and contaminated could make it out the door without anyone stopping to check it. The whole experience felt careless, rushed, and completely lacking in quality control, like no one paid attention to what they were serving, and it’s incredibly disappointing to spend money expecting a hot, fresh meal and receive something that looks and tastes like it should have never left the kitchen in the first place.

This Pizza Hut in Dickson is a complete mess. Customer service is rude and unprofessional, and the staff acts like helping customers is a burden. Management is terrible and clearly doesn’t care about standards or how the place is run.
The back door was open constantly, with bugs crawling in and out, and trash piled up around the back entrance. That alone says a lot about how little attention is paid to basic cleanliness and procedures. I’ve worked fast food before, and this is not how a restaurant is supposed to operate. Things like keeping doors closed, trash managed, and maintaining a clean environment are bare minimum expectations.
Between the horrible customer service, careless management, and the overall lack of professionalism, this location is not worth the time or money. There are plenty of other places that actually follow basic fast-food standards—this isn’t one of them.
