I go here nearly every morning for my coffee and Andrew is usually the one making it and greeting me. He does a phenomenal job and is always super polite and kind. Great customer service from him and Alex. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Dude!... This is a good McDonalds. You know when you go to a McDonald's and you can just see it's super well-run... This one seemed very well run. My first time here, got special value meal and a big Mac.. fried were very hot and cooked right. Sandwiches made pretty good and tasted perfect. Fountain coke was decent. I only took the time to write all this because they deserve the thanks .. thanks guys.

On February 20, 2026 I stopped at the location, McDonald’s 2971 State Rd. 48 Dixon, Tennessee
I ordered a large coffee. It was the first thing I had eaten or drink nothing but water, Ramen noodles, and tuna sandwich the day before I felt fine that morning when I went into McDonald’s for coffee.

When we first come to Savannah in 2019 this McDonald's had excellent service. But it has seriously declined since. On several occasions we've had long wait times, order messed up, sandwiches that were slapped together. Cold fries. It's really ashame. We'd rather travel to a neighboring town than chance rude service and subpar food.
