  The girl at the second window had an attitude and the one at the first window gave us a dirty look might I add they couldn’t even stir my coffee so the sugar was just stuck at the bottom like if you don’t like your job quit and go somewhere else don’t take it out on everyone else

  This mcdonalds is always very clean, which is surprising in some fast food chains. They have two drive thrus which makes it more fast and efficient. They accept mobile orders at the drive thru. The customer service is very good!

  This is the most shittiest McDonald’s there is I’ve never had been treated this horribly by a staff member from here the food tastes awful and everywhere u look it’s dirty and nasty

  Worst fast food place I have ever been to. We were having a family shopping night & stopped for a drink & snack, waited in the drive through for a while. Went to order told them we had 2 different orders & told us to go ahead with our first. We ordered & we said that’s it for the First, then the lady told us to go ahead with our 2nd started ordering & she was taking the other lanes order. She clicked back to us after 2 different cars orders was taken & said pull up. We said did you get our 2nd order & she said you will have to go around again for a second order. Help me understand. This is ridiculous especially after we waited a while.

  Food is always old, everybody can tell when something’s been sitting there forever , The only time I get fresh food is if I go after 11 o’clock at night. There is this one new gentleman that works And runs the night crew he knows what he’s doing, I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for eight years and the last two years has been terrible, Almost always the order is never right, If you ask for extra sauce at the speaker, go ahead and know you’re gonna have to ask again At the window, you will always have to check your bags Because they still probably forgot the sauce again, I wish just one time I would get hot fries just once but I know that will never happen unless I go after 11 o’clock at night. We the people in Dickson do not mind long lines as long as the food is fresh. Everybody works hard for the money they spend and when we’re spending our money on food, all we ask is that it’s somewhat fresh but this is 30 minutes plus old and there’s no way you can convince me otherwise. Everybody there is super nice and I’ve never had a problem with that but I don’t go there for nice people, I go there to Get something to eat. Something really has to start changing here, this is not one bad experience and now I’m reviewing…….. this is every single time.
