- MJMisty Jones3 days ago1.0I will start with saying when the food is prepared right it is delicious! However the hostess acts as a gatekeeper for the manager and is not professional about it! When asking for the manager she said “why” then hung up when she wasn’t told why!!! Darla, the manager, is not able to diffuse a customer who’s order is missing several items, in fact she tried to make excuses for their mistakes making things much worse! As a previous restaurant manager of more than 20 years, I know how important it is to keep the customer calm and ready to come back!!! I will eat at other Buffalo Wild Wings but until Dickson gets it staff right I will not be going back here!!!

Refusing to accept accountability and hanging up on customers is the trashiest form of management. My company and my family will not be back until she’s no longer there.

I shouldn’t have to check my food. I was halfway back to my house when I realized it wasn’t all there. Not to mention the terrible service it took our waiter 30 minutes to bring our food out after we had ordered and then another 40 for the to go meal that they shorted us on and didn’t even get right
