I went on last Friday at 7:30 the manager was extremely rude to staff and customers, it absolutely ruined my experience.

I went to Arby's thinking that I was going to have a relaxing time and time away from my children. I had just finished my 13 hour shift as a nurse, when I decided I wanted a pick me up. I went to the Arby's drive thru where I was met with a rude lady named Melissa. She asked me what I wanted in a rude tone. No hi, hello, how are you, just, "What do you want?" In a rude tone. She took my order but acted like she just wanted me to go away. I heard her yelling at the other employees in the background, cussing at them, screaming at them, and being just rude in general. She also got something wrong on my receipt, I would assume its because she wasn't listening. But anyways, food was good, service was not! Other than the rude lady everyone else was nice.
