  Terrible customer service. Guy at window overcharged me for an item I didn’t order, nor did he give me. I look at the receipt and tell him he charged me for a coffee. He stares at the receipt I’m holding (I’m completely quiet and not doing anything) and he yells “RELAX” at me. Like what?! I’m completely shocked so I ask him what his problem is and he’s got a terrible attitude and tells me to relax again and that he would refund me. Again, I wasn’t jumping him. He was super aggressive and honestly seems abusive in nature towards women. He didn’t calm down until he realized my husband was with me and my husband told him to stop telling me to relax. He was beyond disrespectful and rude. Management needed to intervene and give me back my card and refund receipt since he was so out of line. This man has zero professional skills and should be wrote up or fired immediately. Never again. Do better in your hiring selection.

  Workers were very friendly! They were cleaning the machine and apologized for the wait. We didn't have to wait long at all. Latte was delicious as always.

  Went through drive through and ordered 5 drinks, girl at window spilt my sisters coffee at the window in front of me and didn’t offer to remake the drink or even put the whip cream back on that spilt off, all 5 drinks tasted disgusting, the sweet tea just tasted like water.
