  Drive thru. My daughter in law went thru and 3 biggie bags, one with chicken, one with a double stack with mayo, and one double stack with bacon, add mayo. Fries were old, nuggets and chicken patties was so hard, they could have knocked somebody out. I called, spoke with the manager. She knew exactly what we'd gotten, I didnt have to tell her.. she took my name and said the next time iwr came n, let management know, and they would replace the order. Now, if you were told that the order would be place, it means the entire order. Nope. Went thru drive thru and was told to drive up to the window. Manager wanted to argue with me about what she said on the phone. I finally just took what we could get and ordered another meal with a frosty. No frosty given had to go back. Didnt get my replacement drink. And there was so much mayo on the sandwich and burger that a big glob landed on my shirt. The chicken had cheese on it. Gross. Manager was very rude. Made it sound as if hard chicken was my fault. Never going back

  To begin with, they are rather rude when ordering, almost as though you’re being rushed. Placed a $40 order to get home and most of our food was missing but there was a chili turned on its side and spilled in the bottom of the bag. No chili was even ordered. Fast food workers are paid entirely too much to NOT do their job properly. Those employees if remained employed so make no more than $10 an hour, if that, based on the service they give. The Dayton, TN location is a disappointment every time we’ve been. With that being said, we will not return and pay for high dollar food with crappy service. The employees there need to pay more attention to the orders on the screen, which they clearly are not. Do better Dayton, TN Wendy’s.

  We’ve eaten in the dining room a few times and it hasn’t been busy and the tables were not clean. Everything else was tidy and as expected. I go through the drive-through many times for lunch and the food is fresh and I get on the road quickly.

  Food was good drink machine was not carbonating the drinks properly was told about it and done absolutely nothing about it
