  Let me start off with, I didnt actually eat here, with reason. Here it is .. I pulled into the parking lot at approximately 9PM on February 27, 2026. I sat in the parking lot of a few minutes trying to order online so I can get the 6.99 deal. The app would let me. No worries. The employee had been sitting on the sidewalk for 10 minutes, which is how long I'd been there. I open my door to get out of my car and go it to the store only for this guy to give me the following comments. "Ma'am, my friends kids are sick and I have what they have. I've just been in the restroom and I have vomited all over myself. But I can put some gloves on and still make your food." I told him (I'm assuming it was a guy. Very soft spoken, so...) he needed to call his manager and close the store. And i left. Im thankful he told me, but to even offer to make food after vomiting? No thanks

  This place has gone downhill big time. Used to have no problem getting our online orders but not anymore. We arrived 15min past ready time to pick up just to see the place empty and our order hasn't even been made yet. They claimed they were out of everything and said they called me several times (never received a call). Stood there and waited 20+ minutes for them to finish our order once all the ingredients magically appeared from the back that they claimed they didn't have. Absolutely lazy employee just didn't want to work and was hoping people would just cancle their orders instead. Will not be returning back.

  Husband got there to get food. They are out of personal pan pizzas, no big deal, except for they said they can’t change it to a pizza kids sub, they are going to the other subway in town to get the pizza, except it’s now 5:10 and the guy is having to wait on a ride to go to the store to get the pizza, come back and make it. Also said they couldn’t refund it because neither employee there was a manager and didn’t have numbers to refund it. It’s ridiculous to not have someone there that can fix things like this, and to expect us to just wait on his ride then make it so the other food is cold? I am not pleased with this experience at all.

  I wish they would have more personnel at times. But the food is always good!
