    These people cannot tell the difference between honey and honey mustard. If you doordash from here and want honey, call them and explain to them like a child that you want HONEY packets. Not honey mustard. I would say it was a mistake but its happened over 5 times ordering. PAY ATTENTION MCDONALDS.

    Unprofessional Conduct Leading to Significant Drive-Thru Delays On multiple occasions at the Dayton TN location's drive-thru, I have encountered an employee (a young female staff member) whose unprofessional behavior is directly impacting service efficiency and causing significant delays for myself and the customers behind me. When this individual is assigned to the service window, she consistently avoids fulfilling her duties by delaying my order pickup. I am frequently left waiting, which causes the queue to back up considerably, until she finally approaches the window, offering only a curt and minimal interaction, such as "Receipt?" Every employee is obligated to provide professional, timely, and courteous service to all customers, regardless of any personal history. Her deliberate avoidance and poor conduct create an extremely uncomfortable customer experience and demonstrably slow down the entire drive-thru operation. This behavior is unacceptable for a customer-facing role. Note: A formal complaint regarding this recurring professional conduct issue has also been filed directly with corporate management.

    Meal was really good. Taller gentleman that was bagging the food had longer kinda shaggy hair and had his hands running all through his hair. Service was slow. Inside temperature was extremely cold, even for me. I was so cold. I did.hear a lady telling everyone to go wash their hands on a regular basis. Bathrooms clean. Lobby was clean. Again the food was very tasty and juicy. Big Mac meal, Double ¼ pounder meal and a free 6 piece nugget from my app. They were out of hot mustard which was a huge let down as that's what we like.

    THIS IS EVERY TIME WE GO TO DAYTON TENNESSEE DRIVE THRU SOMETHING IS MISSING EVEN IF WE ASK ARE YOU SURE EVERYTHING IS IN OUR ORDER? WE GOT A #1 MEAL, A #2 MEAL GOT ALL THE WAY HOME IN EVENSVILLE AND NO FRIES!!!! I CALLED LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING THEM TO PLEASE CALL ME BACK, THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL.. TODAY WE GO INSIDE GOT A 10 PIECE NUGGET MEAL, FRIES, DRINK ADDED A TOY, GUESS WHAT NO NAPKINS NO TOY SO I CALLED RIGHT BACK TAKE OUT ORDER #203 @4:13PM. THIS TIME THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A MESSAGE CONNECTED TO THE CALL NUMBER SO I WASN'T EVEN ABLE TO LET A MESSAGE OR TALK TO THE SUPPOSED MANAGER ON DUTY!!!?? OUR GRANDSONS ENJOY MCDONALD'S OR I PROMISE I WOULD RATHER BUY TYSON NUGGETS FIX THEM AT HOME, WE DO HAVE AN AIR FRYER AND A STOVE!!! OUR FRIES WOULD BE ON THE PLATE AND BETTER TASTING NUGGETS!!! THANK YOU MCDONALD'S FOR ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE IN DAYTON TENNESSEE @1030 ABLE DRIVE? DAYTON TENNESSEE 37321. SMHB
