When this individual is assigned to the service window, she consistently avoids fulfilling her duties by delaying my order pickup. I am frequently left waiting, which causes the queue to back up considerably, until she finally approaches the window, offering only a curt and minimal interaction, such as "Receipt?" Every employee is obligated to provide professional, timely, and courteous service to all customers, regardless of any personal history. Her deliberate avoidance and poor conduct create an extremely uncomfortable customer experience and demonstrably slow down the entire drive-thru operation. This behavior is unacceptable for a customer-facing role. Note: A formal complaint regarding this recurring professional conduct issue has also been filed directly with corporate management.
