  This place is horrible they need to get their shit together. Sat there 25 mins this morning waiting on my order. I finally just left idk why their always so slow.🤷‍♂️ from what I cld see if they cared as much about the lobby customers as they do the drive thru it may change some ppls opinions about them but hey what do I know?

  Not open on a supposed snow day yet no snow to be seen donuts delivered but nobody to take care of said donuts I just wanted my coffee.

  Dayton tn, they must make a limited amount like two dozen maple doughnuts a day. 9 am. None,. Have stopped there 12 noon, none. If maple frosted doughnuts sale that will. Why not make more the next day? I stopped going to dunking doughnuts, after two weeks of sold out of maple frosted doughnuts. There is a couple more that is the same way. Sold out and it must be for the day.

  The lady with the green hair wasn’t very nice at all. i had accidentally placed my mobile for the drive through, and it was sitting on the counter inside so i just grabbed it because i didn’t see any issue with that. my friend placed a mobile for a drink, and this girl would not put her drink on the mobile order stand until we walked up there so she could personally tell me what i did by grabbing my mobile order was wrong. she said that it was a “health code violation” and she can get fired for it. we waited for my friend’s drink for like 10 minutes just so she can tell me “don’t do that again and next time tell me”

  I asked them if it was light ice….. So I literally gave them the chance to correct themselves… Unfortunately, I had to be at work so I did not have time to tell them how to do their job
