  The lady with the green hair wasn’t very nice at all. i had accidentally placed my mobile for the drive through, and it was sitting on the counter inside so i just grabbed it because i didn’t see any issue with that. my friend placed a mobile for a drink, and this girl would not put her drink on the mobile order stand until we walked up there so she could personally tell me what i did by grabbing my mobile order was wrong. she said that it was a “health code violation” and she can get fired for it. we waited for my friend’s drink for like 10 minutes just so she can tell me “don’t do that again and next time tell me”

  I asked them if it was light ice….. So I literally gave them the chance to correct themselves… Unfortunately, I had to be at work so I did not have time to tell them how to do their job

  Drive through. Ordered med hot coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. I asked if the bagel was toasted and they said yes. It was not toasted nor even heated. The coffee was lukewarm. 2nd similar experience. Won't try for 3

  Extremely disappointed. I gave Dunkin another try, this isnt the first time theyve screwed up the simplest drink and my drink wasn’t even filled all the way and it was literally a good couple inches from the top then they forgot the ice completely. To top it off, it tasted stale and old, like it had been sitting out forever. For the price we pay these days, I expect at least a fresh drink made right. Definitely not worth the stop, as always.

  They have Great black coffee. Great service, I've not had a bad time there. The girls in the afternoon are Great. They are always in great spirits and they always remember me and even if I forget my sugar, they always remember for me. They take good care of us every time we're there and because of the Great service and coffee, we're there about every afternoon after work for a quick coffee boost for the night.
