  We ordered off the app, picked up our food and went home. When we got home, we realized the meat, for my wife's taco's were missing. Needless to say, I had to return to the restaurant to get the remainder of the food that they forgot to give us. I barely got a apology.

  On my way to my cabin in Gatlinburg today when I stopped by an even worse TB than mine at home in Gray. This TB is an absolute joke. Nasty doesn't describe it. Their employees were outside i guess chilling. They looked like a crew from That place in the Goonies they try and order water from. I took my 72 yr old mother and we drove on into PF and ate at La Ca Retta. Its consistent unlike any TB in our area!!!

  I frequently visit this restaurant for the convenience of location. Very often do I receive good food for a fast food option as a consumer, however, when I receive the correct items in which I pay for is a completely different issue with this particular location. There seems to be a lack of workplace training in this establishment with order quality control, i.e., giving customers the items in which they pay for. Do better Taco Bell! This is beyond frustrating to continue to have these sorts of complaints, especially when it’s the customer that is paying for items that they’re not receiving.

  Gave me my order and ofc it was wrong , told me to keep the food and they would remake my order, just to call me back up there to tell me to give the food they said I could keep back watched them throw it in the trash as soon as it left my hand or they would'nt have remade my order. Then when I got my food I ordered a large nacho frie and they gave me a half empty frie so basically I paid for a large and got a small. Ridiculoius . & Maybe I was gonna take that food and give it to the homeless person outside Bojangles but y'all just threw it out, whole experience was shit I wasted 30 minutes just sitting here waiting to eat. 2nd shift needs to do better! whatever manager was on shift today doesn't need to run a team .
