  Service inside was awful, had to get someone attention just to take our order, then we had to also had to get someone's attention to finally get our food,will not go inside anymore.

  Jamie in the drive thru at the McDonald's in Dandridge made our day! He was so kind and helpful to my daughter and me! I don't think I have ever had a better customer service experience in a fast food drive thru. He made us feel like a valued customer so I had to ask his name. I would have done the survey on the receipt if I could find it. Thank you, Jamie!

  Absolute worst experience! The entire crew cashier to GM have no sense of urgency whatsoever! I live extremely close to this location and I drive out of my way to avoid coming here because lately the amount of times my order was wrong, they didn’t acknowledge you at the speaker or greet & thank you is astounding. Sounds to me like you need a change of management quickly?!

  3/20/ 2026 The manager running the back drive through shirt unbutton dirty white this showing . Couldn't speak just grunt and cursing when he shut the window . 3 weeks now that place has been nasty the crew that works at 3-5pm they need retrained .

  This location seems to struggle compared to its surroundings locations. This is not the first time I’ve had issues here. Last experience was I ordered on the kiosk. “Printer not working” I ordered 2 egg and cheese McMuffins. With round egg. They put scrambled instead. I already left before when I realized this.
