Asked to pull up to wait for chicken nuggets to cook. Wait 15 minutes after pulling up to go in and see numerous chicken nuggets on the ready stand. Chicken nuggets were cold once delivered. Had to go in to check on order that they forgot about. Get home and find out was given unsweet tea instead of sweet. And then the rest of order was completely wrong after telling people up front exactly what was ordered. Somehow this group was great enough to mess up the entire order with me going back in and telling them exactly what I ordered after asking me to pull up and wait previously.

The only thing that earned this experience a second star was the cashier friendliness. 20 plus dollars food cold and old.pop machine dirty,restroom disgusting. No wonder Wendy's is shutting down.

Food was fine, the fact that the sauces are required to be paid for is a crime against humanity. 25 cents is an inconvenience most foul when i just spent money on a whole dang meal

Terrible customer service. Placed mobile order was missing taco salad when I got home. Instead of driving back I called and a guy answered and I explained what I needed. He said it would automatically go back on my card if I didn’t get it. He never asked my name or my order number so I asked how it would go back on my card. He said it just would he didn’t know. So I told him I needed a refund and he said he was working on other orders and didn’t have time to me for me. So I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager and I would have to come in the morning and speak with someone. I told him I was already there and he messed my order up and then he proceeded to act as though he couldn’t hear me. Then hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I called back. Terrible customer service from a so called manager
