Instead of driving back I called and a guy answered and I explained what I needed. He said it would automatically go back on my card if I didn’t get it. He never asked my name or my order number so I asked how it would go back on my card. He said it just would he didn’t know. So I told him I needed a refund and he said he was working on other orders and didn’t have time to me for me. So I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager and I would have to come in the morning and speak with someone. I told him I was already there and he messed my order up and then he proceeded to act as though he couldn’t hear me. Then hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I called back. Terrible customer service from a so called manager

The man to the left of him, itching his nose, no gloves on, girl package stuff in bag looking irritated and eyes lashes that were so long and black caked on stuff ( unsanitary) food environment. My sandwich was made quick but hard chicken/over cooked as if it was days old. I trashed it Girl at cash register taking my order , very nice but you all have to do better with cooking, mainly it was unsanitary what I witnessed. I won't be back, I would not recommend and very surprised you are not closed down. Unclean environment. Falls back on poor management.
