    Food was hot but service was not . Was passing threw on way home about 8 pm and drive threw gentleman was very rude on intercom and at the window. I get you have a long day BUT DONT BE RUDE TO YOUR COSTUMERS !! UNEXPECTABLE!!! Especially if customer being nice !!!!

    So I haven't got a chicken sandwich in a while. But today I order 2 at and there was hard nasty cant chew it in the middle of both. The patties are waved now not flat. I will never order anything to do with chicken from arbys again. Guess they are like every other fast food. Going to the cheapest option available. Considering I paid over $20 🤔 this is just BS!! We had to throw both sandwiches away because we couldn't chew them. Thanks Arby's!!
