  I ordered at 9.55pm a son of baconator combo and a cold brew. They didnt have c9ld brew, wouldn't just refund me and kept offering to replace with something else or just go next door and make a cold brew. If I wanted a cold brew next door, I would have gotten it next door. You should of just given me my refund.

The food is hot, fresh, and made exactly how you expect — those classic burgers are juicy, the fries are perfectly crisp, and you can’t go wrong with a Frosty to top it all off. The service here really makes the difference. The staff is friendly, efficient, and keeps the line moving, whether you’re dining in or hitting the drive-thru. Even during busy times, they stay organized and make sure your order is right. The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, from the dining area to the restrooms, which always adds to a great overall experience.   I've always liked Wendy's That only thing i cannot stand is being interrupted by... "do you a combo" That is so rude! Most people will say what they if you just SHUT UP! Way to go Dave

  I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to make an exception in this case. I placed an order that included a coffee. When I arrived to pick it up they informed me that their coffee machine was broken. I told them that was perfectly fine and they can take it off of my order. They told me that they could not adjust my order, but I could remove it from my order in the Wendy's app. I showed them where the app would not allow me to adjust the order. It gave me an error when I tried. The lady said "I'm sorry but my manager says that we can't do anything about it. You will need to contact customer support. Thank you. Have a nice day." Then, she quickly shut the door before I could say anything. I then parked my car and spent over 20 minutes filling out the Wendy's survey and trying to reach customer support. Submitting the survey does nothing. Calling customer support leads to a very slow phone tree that eventually ends with you getting hung up on. Literally every option with it hanging up on you. It is not possible to get in touch with a human being. So after sitting there for that length of time my food was getting cold. And this was all over $2 that they refused to return to me. $2 isn't even that much, but it is a fact that they stole it from me. That was my clear sign to avoid Wendy's in the future.
