We stopped in for food this afternoon and they forgot to put our daughter’s chicken in the bag. When I looked in the bag and tasted our fries they are so nasty. I didn’t even go back to get her chicken. We just got Burger King instead.

Stopped by the drive thru around 6:30 this evening. Ordered 3-piece chicken finger meals for my kids and a chili for myself and asked for extra crackers. Didn’t receive a single pack of crackers at all and somehow got a Taco Bell hot sauce packet with my Wendy’s order. My boys fries were cold as well. Thankfully my kids will still eat food that’s warmed up in the microwave at home. What makes this even more frustrating is that we was asked to pull up and wait (about 4-5 minutes) so it really doesn’t make sense for the food to be cold. The total came out to $28 and some change.. and paying that much for cold food, missing items, and a random hot sauce packet from another restaurant is absolutely unacceptable.

Stopped by the drive thru around 6:30 this evening. Ordered 3-piece chicken finger meals for my kids and a chili for myself and asked for extra crackers. Unfortunately, there were no crackers included what so ever and I received 1 Taco Bell hot sauce packet with my Wendy's order. Very confused about that. Also, the fries in both my boys meals were cold. Which obviously is not okay but thankfully my kids eat headed fries from microwave. Which the cold fry part is even crazier because we were asked to pull up and sat there approximately 4 min. . And still received cold fries!

0 stars. Worst place Ive ever been to guy jumped out of window and smacked my car bc of some sauces they didn’t give me. The window person gave me attitude the whole time even though I ordered the sauces the guy jumped out the window saying”you trying to disrespect a female” complete bullshit nothing but a ghetto place to go take the extra couple minutes an go to genesis atleast you’ll get good customer service an not be attacked bc of they’re mess up. Over some sauces the dumbest thing I’ve ever dealt with.

DONT GO HERE, the guy just jumped out of the window and hit my bfs car!! Over him asking for our sauces! If I were any of yall I wouldn’t even waste my time.. we’ve been going here forever! Even after they run out of food or get our order wrong, we get that but this was just too far & disrespectful! This Wendy’s should do better background checks…
